Beckett and Associates recommends preventative and pro-active dental care for all companion animals. Our doctors recommend teaching young puppies and kittens to accept routine oral care in the form of regular brushing of teeth. We encourage and offer routine dental care for your pet when mild tarter build-up has occurred. A general cleaning (such as what you experience at your dentist's office) can be performed under sedation only, when a pet's tarter build up is mild. We also offer cleaning with more advanced procedures under general anesthesia such as intraoral radiographs, tooth extraction and oral surgery when needed.
